Shipping, delivery timelines and tracking for domestic and future international orders.

1. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

• Flat Rate: R150 nationwide.
• Dispatch Time: 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Transit Estimates: Main centres 1–3 business days after dispatch; outlying/remote areas 2–5 business days.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

2. International Shipping

• Email request of products with shipping address to admin@theflydresser.com
• Parcel Weight/size will be provided by TFD.
• Quote will be sourced and send to customer for approval or customer can indicate a preferred courier.
• Customs duties, taxes and import fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
• Transit times depend on destination and courier service.

3. Delivery Issues

• Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
• If delayed, damaged or missing, contact admin@theflydresser.com with your order number.

4. Risk & Title

Risk passes on delivery to the address provided. Title passes on receipt of full payment.
